Created for a home with Japanese architectural elements, this oriental  lady holds her Lotus blossoms in one hand and parasol in the other.  The tree and its flowers were adapted from a carved wood cabinet in the same room.  The stained glass oriental panel is just inside the entry door and in a partition that divides the foyer from the living room, so the glass was chosen carefully to take advantage of a fairly low light setting.  This home won Best Interior in the 2002 Parade of Homes in Evansville, Indiana.
