Sue was in the first class to attend Harlaxton College, the British campus of University of Evansville, in Evansville, Indiana. Recently, her class financed the restoration of the tower clock at Harlaxton, and Sue visited the Harlaxton campus in search of inspiration for this stained glass window.
The clock face is the same colors as the one on the tower. The lion is Sue's favorite sculpture at Harlaxton and has become emblematic for the college over the years. The wings are the family crest of Dr. William Ridgway, who has been a major part of the Harlaxton story.
This stained glass window is 5' x 5' and is in the Ridgway Center on the University of Evansville campus. There is glass from Kokomo, Spectrum, and Uroboros as well as some painting and firing.
